Mission and Values

At OBSMUN, we strive to provide the best possible Model United Nations experience for our delegates. Year after year, we strive to organise the best conference possible, adding a touch of innovation and modernisation to the mix to ensure that we evolve with the competitive times. With the advantage of being located in a beautiful and historic city, OBSMUN is much more than a Model United Nations conference, it is an experience.

We are proud to have already hosted hundreds of delegates at our conferences, and we hope, to host many more in the near future. Our last conference, OBSMUN 2024 had 371 total participants! And we hope that at our most approaching conference, OBSMUN 2025, we can host even more!

We strive to give back to our community, and be charitable, with just from OBSMUN 2022, having donated a large sum from our proceeds to a Portuguese Charity linked with aiding the Family and Friends of those with Cancer, Acreditar.
